“Invalid or expired code.”
- Cause: The code is valid for a few minutes only and only for the address it was requested for. Typos or a code from an older email trigger the message.
- Fix: Click “Send code” again and use the code from the latest email. Old codes expire as soon as a new one is requested.
“Sign-in failed.”
- Cause: The code could not be requested – usually a broken connection, rarely maintenance.
- Fix: Reload the page and try again. If it persists, contact us.
No code arrived
- Cause: The email is in the spam folder, the address has a typo – or you requested several codes in a short time. relais.io sends at most three codes per hour to the same address.
- Fix: Check spam, check the address, then wait a minute and request once more. After three codes in an hour, only waiting helps.
You keep landing on the sign-in page
- Cause: The session lasts seven days per browser. After that – or after clearing browser data – relais.io asks for a code again. In a private window it only lasts until you close it.
- Fix: Sign in again. Nothing is lost; your workspaces are attached to your email address.
